How we report

Our editorial standard is to identify the source of important factual claims, link to primary notices and policies where available, and credit other publications when their reporting is the source. When information comes directly to us in an interview or statement, we explain that in the story.

News reports describe what was known at publication. Cruise schedules, prices, and policies can change. Check the relevant cruise line's current terms before making a booking. Reference articles should state when information was checked and which sailings or bookings it applies to.

Corrections and updates

Send corrections to news@cruisenews.io with the article link and the information you believe needs correcting. We review correction requests and explain substantive corrections in the article. A material update should carry a visible update date and a note explaining what changed.

How we're funded

Readers can support Cruise News through an optional paid membership. We also use advertising and booking links. Commercial relationships should be disclosed where relevant, and advertising should be distinguishable from editorial coverage. The weekly newsletter is free.
